Exemption text for Seahorse GmbH:Confirmation of donation within the meaning of § 10b of the Income Tax Act to one of the organisations specified in § 5 Para. 1 No. 9 of the Corporation Tax Act. We are registered for the promotion of youth welfare, art and culture, public and vocational education, aid for politically, racially or religiously persecuted persons, refugees and displaced persons in accordance with the exemption notice or the annex to the corporation tax assessment notice of the tax office for corporations I, tax no. 27/612/02108, dated 19 May 2025 for the last assessment period of 2023 in accordance with Section 5 (1) no. 9 of the German Corporation Tax Act (Körperschaftsteuergesetz) and Section 3 no. 6 of the German Trade Tax Act (Gewerbesteuergesetz). Compliance with the statutory requirements in accordance with Sections 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO was separately determined by the Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin, tax no. 27/612/02108 in a notice dated 22 December 2020 in accordance with Section 60a AO. According to our statutes, we promote youth welfare, art and culture, education and vocational training, aid for politically, racially or religiously persecuted persons, refugees and displaced persons. It is confirmed that the donation will only be used to promote youth welfare, art and culture, education and vocational training and aid for politically, racially or religiously persecuted persons, refugees and displaced persons. This does not constitute a waiver of expense reimbursement. For donations up to EUR 300, this receipt, along with the bank statement, serves as proof for tax deduction purposes.
