HANGARMUSIK was honoured with a sponsorship award from the "Musik Bewegt" initiative for its social and cultural commitment. This enabled us to facilitate a music camp for several days in the “Zollgarage”.

Josefine Cox, Managing Director of "Musik Bewegt", and Herbert Grönemeyer, a member of the initiative, came to the “Zollgarage” for a rehearsal to present the award. Both  played enthusiastically with the children in the orchestra.

Afterwards, Rudi Watzel from the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and the composer Catherine Milliken played as part of our orchestra at one of our "Grosse Musik" events.
